1. Platform Role

RoyaltyExit (“RoyaltyExit,” “we,” “us”), operated by DSAP Publishing, is a discovery, valuation, and matching service for Amazon KDP publishing businesses. We verify the financial and operating data a seller submits, present it to qualified buyers, and coordinate introductions and negotiations between the two sides.

RoyaltyExit is not a party to the underlying sale of a KDP account and does not hold funds on behalf of a buyer or seller. Where a listing is matched through one of our partner marketplaces, the purchase itself — including payment and fund transfer — is completed on that partner’s platform, under that platform’s own terms and safeguards. RoyaltyExit’s role ends at a verified, well-matched introduction and, where applicable, continues into the managed operations described in our Guarantees.

2. Listing Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted about their KDP account. RoyaltyExit independently verifies revenue and profit figures against bank and platform statements before a listing is published, but this verification does not constitute a guarantee of future performance. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before completing a purchase.

3. Fees and Affiliate Payout Terms

Sellers pay RoyaltyExit a fee of 8% of the final sale price, charged only once a transaction successfully closes — there is no upfront listing fee and no charge if a business does not sell. Fee terms are disclosed prior to listing.

Affiliate partners earn 2% of the final transaction value on deals they successfully refer, paid once the deal has closed, per the terms of the Affiliate Program. Fee and affiliate rates stated on this site are subject to confirmation in a signed engagement or referral agreement prior to any transaction.

4. Guarantee Scope

The guarantees referenced on this site are governed exclusively by the wording published at royaltyexit.com/guarantees, which is the authoritative source. No other page, communication, or representative may expand or alter guarantee terms. None of our guarantees are an earnings guarantee.

5. Dispute Process

Disputes arising from a service provided by RoyaltyExit should first be raised with your assigned specialist or via the Contact page. We aim to resolve every dispute directly and promptly. Disputes tied to the completion of a purchase on a partner marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s own dispute process.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

RoyaltyExit may suspend or terminate a user’s access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent listing information, or misuse of the platform, at its discretion, with notice where practicable.
